　　俗語說：“天底下沒有白吃的午餐�！苯�(jīng)過這次英語歌謠比賽驗(yàn)證，我了解到有付出，就有收獲、團(tuán)結(jié)就是力量、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人就是關(guān)鍵。

　　今年度英語歌謠比賽的歌曲是由老師決定的，而我和姚伯雖然只是編舞的小老師，但是我們倆合作全力的編舞步。雖然過程中難免有一些挫折，但是老師從旁的協(xié)助及提供意見，我們總算把舞蹈動(dòng)作編好了，接下來的任務(wù)是教同學(xué)分組練跳，因?yàn)榘嗌嫌行┩瑢W(xué)沒有動(dòng)感節(jié)奏，所以必須多花些時(shí)間“訓(xùn)練”，好讓他們可以跟上節(jié)拍，大家有志想拿冠軍，企圖心使然，我們的舞姿整齊劃一，我們的歌聲嘹亮，整體表現(xiàn)我們已超越去年的表現(xiàn)了。這就是大家努力付出、團(tuán)結(jié)合作的`結(jié)果。

　　整個(gè)英語歌謠練習(xí)的過程中，因著老師的引導(dǎo)及鼓勵(lì)，我們有時(shí)會(huì)有挫折感，但老師的鼓勵(lì)使我們重新調(diào)整心態(tài)，念一轉(zhuǎn)，大家重新調(diào)整步伐，在比賽時(shí)，大家都展現(xiàn)了自己最棒的一面，令所有評(píng)審對(duì)我們刮目相看，至少和去年比我們進(jìn)步的表現(xiàn)是有目共睹的。

　　希望下星期成績公布能獲勝是最好的結(jié)果，若沒有，我們初三六班有永不放棄的決心，以后學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)比賽，一定會(huì)再接再厲的。
