一般而言，好的求職信還有下列幾個特點：
(1)求職信屬于非正式的信函，它必須能夠在雙方之間建立融洽的氛圍。所以，你要用熱情洋溢、精力充沛和令人振奮的語言來感染對方。
(2)在開頭部分，要簡要說明你是從哪里看到的招聘廣告或得到的招聘信息，你對哪個職位比較感興趣，這在無形中為人事經(jīng)理的工作幫了忙。
(3)求職信必須向未來的雇主介紹你和你的價值。
(4)有效的求職信應當易于閱讀，字體要比簡歷中的字體更大，而且要簡短――三到五個簡短的段落就足夠了。
(5)確保在求職信上簽署姓名、日期。
