網約車新政強制八年報廢

近日，記者從權威人士處獲悉，《網絡預約出租汽車經營服務管理暫行辦法》最快將于5月初出臺，最遲5月底出臺。業(yè)內人士表示，新政對私家車做網約車提出限制，滴滴、優(yōu)步、易到等私家車加盟模式的專車平臺或將遭遇強力約束。

《網絡預約出租汽車經營服務管理暫行辦法》對網約車平臺、車輛、駕駛員都提出具體要求，網約車平臺需要在某地登記，需要取得《道路運輸經營許可證》;網約車車輛使用性質登記為出租客運，需要取得預約出租汽車的《道路運輸證》;駕駛員要取得《道路運輸從業(yè)人員從業(yè)資格證》。
